PROJECT ENGINEER

Mr. Gitschlag is a licensed Civil Engineer with 21 years experience in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of public infrastructure projects, primarily transportation facilities, but including water distribution and sewage collection systems. Projects have ranged from large arterial streets in Portland through County Road realignment and intersection improvements and street improvements for small to medium scale private developments.

Mr. Gitschlag is the Project Manager for the Tillamook Branch Office of LDC Design Group to provide a local contact person and project oversight for design and construction projects throughout Tillamook, Lincoln and Clatsop Counties. Mr. Gitschlag has worked in Tillamook for 11 years in both public and private capacities. He also has extensive experience with the planning and zoning requirements throughout Tillamook County, and the unique environmental concerns of the north coast area.
