VANCOUVER BRANCH MANAGER
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Mr. Conway has over 32 years of Project Management experience in the design and construction industry. For the first 16 years of his career, he focused on a variety of public works, commercial, and industrial projects with private engineering firms in Vancouver, Washington and Portland, Oregon. More specifically, he worked on transportation, parks, water and sewer projects in the planning, design, and construction management phases.

From 1981 to 1988, Mr. Conway worked for the City of Washougal as an engineering consultant, and from 1988 to 2004, he was the Washougal Public Works Director responsible for capital improvement projects within the City. As an engineering consultant, he completed over 26 million in capital improvement and construction projects. He was also a Project Manager responsible for grant administration and funding. He coordinated with local, state and federal agencies, and oversaw property accession while managing design and construction projects.
