Mr. Prochaska has over 30 years of experience in structural and civil engineering. His background includes design, management, value engineering, quality control and interdisciplinary review of a wide variety of projects for federal agencies, municipalities, state agencies, counties, cities, ports, architects, engineers, contractors, and private industries.

His civil engineering experience covers site development, grading, paving, roadways, hydraulic reports, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, utilities, concrete and timber aprons, piers, seawalls, wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, shoring systems, and underground storage tanks.

Mr. Prochaska also has extensive experience in the design and load rating of pedestrian, railroad and highway bridges, tunnels, culverts and retaining walls. The types of bridges he has designed have included steel and concrete arches, prestressed concrete and steel girders, trusses, and post-tensioned and conventional concrete box girders.
